Childrensalon were looking for innovative ways to enhance onsite experience and provide non-UK visitors with customized customer service. We hypothesized that by showing a message layer informing non-UK visitors that they could engage with a customer services representative in their own language, conversion rates would improve. For each of the target markets, a layer was created in the visitor’s native language, asking whether they would like to engage with a customer services representative. Once presented, the layer withdrew to a resting position at the side the browser.;
