Lowcostholidays wanted to understand the reasons visitors were visiting their site and what the barriers to booking were.
Deploying a customer survey to visitors enabled feedback for a range of questions about their holiday search. This survey included questions with both free text box and multiple choice.
This enabled extremely detailed feedback which allowed Low Cost Holidays to more effectively listen to their customers which fuelled their testing and personalization pipeline.
