About Ribble

Ribble Cycles have been constructing bikes since 1897 and have become one of the UK’s most loved cycling brands. Matthew Lawson, Ribble’s chief digital officer ensured that Qubit was one of the first purchases he made when he joined the business. Matthew has built an entire team around the platform in order for them to become experts at understanding and influencing the multiple customer journeys they have to cater for.

Qubit gives Ribble Cycles the insight to understand where they need to make changes and improvements to their website. With over 8 billion different combinations of bikes that a visitor can construct, Ribble need to have a scalable and robust platform in order to make the customer journey as tailored as possible.
