[LONDON 30 July 2020]
Qubit, the leader in AI-led merchandising, today announced it was the only company to be named a Visionary in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Personalization Engines, published in July 2020 by Gartner Inc.
Gartner evaluated 13 vendors that provide stand-alone personalization engines. According to the report, “For inclusion in the 2020 Magic Quadrant for Personalization Engines, vendors must have achieved annual software revenue from the sale or license of the personalization engine product of $10 million or greater based on 2019 or most recent fiscal year-end, not including services.”
In the report, Gartner defines personalization engines as, “Software that applies context about individual users to select, tailor and deliver messaging such as content, offers and other interactions through digital channels in support of three use cases: marketing, digital commerce and customer experience (CX).”
Qubit CEO Graham Cooke said, “We’re pleased to be once again named a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Personalization Engines. Personalization is no longer a function of marketing, it is moving outwards to digital commerce and merchandising teams, and that’s where Qubit sees tremendous opportunity and growth. We think differently at Qubit, and we definitely aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. COVID-19 has accelerated a fundamental shift in the market and we plan to lead the expansion of personalization into retail merchandising and beyond.”
Founded in 2010, Qubit enables the world’s leading retail, luxury, fashion, beauty, travel and online betting brands to deliver effective and scalable personalization across their digital channels. Qubit is currently used by more than 1,500 ecommerce and tech professionals, and the platform is delivering over 60 billion personalizations per year, making it one of the most robust in the market.
Customer reviews of Qubit’s product capabilities can be found in Gartner Peer Insights. As of July 28, 2020, Qubit has an overall rating of 4.5 (out of 5 stars) in the Personalization Engines market, based on 49 reviews. Of the 49 reviews, 86% would recommend Qubit.
